Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any shipping costs. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

We strive to ship within one or two business days. We can only ship domestically. All items will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage and a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
Do not get your jewelry wet. Water or any type of liquid product can loosen stones. Remove rings before washing your hands or using hand sanitizer or lotions. Native American artists use sawdust to set their stones and wet sawdust can expand and damage the piece.Never expose an inlay piece to any type of moisture. Inlaid stones can be displaced from exposure to moisture.
